Our spirit of care: beyond the ordinary
Ohio Care Spirit is a dedicated provider of compassionate, person-centered services for individuals with developmental disabilities across the state of Ohio. As an Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD)-certified and approved provider with the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities (FCBDD), we are committed to supporting individuals in living safe, meaningful, and independent lives within their communities.

Our team includes Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), caregivers, and support staff who believe that every individual deserves respect, dignity, and the opportunity to live a fulfilling life.
Many of our team members come from diverse backgrounds in healthcare, social services, education, and community support. What they share is a strong passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities achieve greater independence and actively participate in their communities. Our staff are motivated by a genuine desire to help others grow, succeed, and feel valued. They take pride in building meaningful relationships with the individuals they support, encouraging independence while providing the right level of assistance, supporting personal goals (whether big or small), and promoting community inclusion.
